i have diagnosed anxiety/ depression and potentially a mild form of autism (self diagnosed - in the process of professional diagnosis) which causes me to jump from one interest to another (all of them are in the ‘interests’ portion :))

heavy gore/ horror. horror is a genre i refuse to touch, i just can’t handle it even at the best of times(light blood & moderate/ candy gore is okay)
vomit/ sounds related to bodily functions, especially if they’re followed by pain. just. please don’t.talk of conspiracy theories/ topics surrounding conspiracy theories. there’s just something inherently uncomfortable about the subject to me so I immediately switch offloud noises, including bangs/ gunshots/ fireworks/ screamingone of biggest triggers are babies/ children crying and squeaky toys, such as high pitched dog toys. I can’t for the life of me figure out why, but hearing those things for more than a second will cause me to cry or break down
